This policy applies to the Ferouchi website, applications, and services (the “Services”). When an organization uses the Services to manage contacts, communications, or sales activity, that organization generally controls the data it uploads and Ferouchi Command processes it on the organization’s behalf. This policy does not replace an organization’s own privacy notices or obligations.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect account and profile details, organization information, billing and subscription information, support requests, preferences, and content you submit through the Services.

Workspace and connected-service data

Depending on the features you choose, the Services may process contact and company records, email or WhatsApp account details, message content and metadata, campaign settings, replies, notes, tasks, meetings, opportunities, AI instructions, knowledge sources, and activity history.

Usage and device information

We may collect log data, IP address, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP, pages and features used, timestamps, diagnostic data, and cookie or similar technology identifiers.

3. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
• Authenticate users and administer organizations, roles, subscriptions, and support access.
• Run features requested by customers, including campaigns, inboxes, reporting, and AI-assisted drafting.
• Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and enforce our terms.
• Communicate about the Services, respond to support requests, and send administrative notices.
• Comply with law and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users, Ferouchi, and others.

We rely on legal bases appropriate to the context, which may include performing a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. AI-assisted features

When you use AI-assisted features, relevant instructions, knowledge, conversation context, and draft content may be sent to service providers that help generate the requested output. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before use. Ferouchi Command is designed to keep users in control of sending AI-assisted replies.

5. How we share information

We may share information with vendors that support hosting, security, analytics, communications, billing, customer support, and AI functionality; with integrations you direct us to connect; within your organization according to its settings and roles; in connection with a corporate transaction; or when required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections.

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, satisfy the purposes described here, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods depend on the type of data, customer instructions, and applicable requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for protecting credentials, configuring access appropriately, and using the Services lawfully.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, or to withdraw consent. If your information belongs to a Ferouchi customer’s workspace, please contact that customer first. You may also contact us using the details below.

10. Cookies and communications

We may use necessary cookies to operate and secure the Services and, where enabled, analytics technologies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser. You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages using the unsubscribe option in the message, while continuing to receive service notices.

11. Children

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Services.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
